We are well known primarily through word of mouth as well as our regular adverts in leading Health and Fitness magazines such as Muscle Evolution and Fitness magazine. We have also developed a solid reputation for helping people understand the fundamentals of training and diet to help them build their best body ever.

We offer various advertising options including banners, buttons, skyscrapers, newsletter ads and more:
Banners
We offer two banner options on our website.
A) Banner Impressions: These appear at the very top of our website, underneath our main site banner. They revolve, so each time a new page is opened or refreshed, the banner will revolve, displaying a different banner each time. Impressions are purchased in bundles.
B) Banners: These appear underneath the page title, underneath the Banner Impression position. They are static and remain on the main specific page of the website. These are displayed on a month-by-month basis.

Buttons appear in the right hand panel of a specific section. These are displayed on a month-by-month basis.

Our official newsletter, FITNews is distributed to our current mailing list, which includes 138 confirmed subscribers. We offer banners, buttons and skyscraper advertising in our newsletter.
